The project consists of the adaptation of premises, located on the first mezzanine floor of the building at the above address, for new offices. The premises, which were also previously used as offices, were completely emptied inside, leaving only the façade enclosure, both to the street and to the courtyard. The premises have a built surface area of 200.00 m2.
The project includes the demolition of part of the façade to the courtyard, to create a new composition of openings; the upper part of the façade openings, where some compartments will be built to house the lighting of the façade signs. Part of the enclosure of the communications core will also be demolished, replacing it with glass partitions.
