During the event, awards were presented for the best actions in the field of residential development, both first and second homes, free or protected, non-residential development, rehabilitation, energy efficiency and the best communication and marketing strategy in the sector.
Enrique Mínguez together with José María Pérez received the award for the Best Rehabilitation Action for the project “Rehabilitación de la Casa D. Pepe Marsilla de Bullas”.
