The Sector Vía Pecuaria Cañada Real de Torreagüera runs from the cemetery of La Alberca to the University Campus of La Salud in El Palmar (Murcia). The Vía Pecuaria crosses an urban section corresponding to the Montevida housing development and a natural area of great ecological and scenic value (the Valle-Carrascoy natural park). The total area of action is 115,381.01 m2 and the length is 1,689.63 m.
The materialisation of the Urban Cattle Track surrounded by the Montevida urbanisation has given rise to a denaturalised Cattle Track with insufficient shaded areas and facilities, for which reason the RENATURALISATION of the same is proposed, enhancing its LANDSCAPE CONNECTIVITY with the Rural Cattle Track.
