The site is rectangular in shape and enjoys privileged views over the archaeological remains of the Castillejo, Larache Castle and Monteagudo Castle (Murcia).
The building, a single-family dwelling with two floors and a passable roof, has three longitudinal bands organising the interior spaces:
A central band comprising the horizontal and vertical circulations of the dwelling (hall, corridor and staircase).
The widest body that corresponds to the kitchen-living-dining room and the living room.
The third band which includes the service rooms (garage, toilet, gallery, laundry room) located on the ground floor.
The privileged views of the plot are those that generate the curvature of the piece on the south-east front, and thanks to the glazing and the double height designed, these views can be introduced into the dwelling and contemplated from the interior.
