The action to be developed is located in La Manga del Mar Menor, T. M. of Cartagena, on the Mediterranean Sea. It consists of the development of a Plaza-Mirador al Mar (next to the Hotel Galúa de Corrales and Molezún), the transformation of the road that allows us to reach the edge of the coast (Proa street and Camino Rompiente street) and a connecting walkway that facilitates accessibility through the sand of the beach.
The area covered by this project runs along the waterfront next to the Hotel Galúa and along the road that connects this unique space with Plaza Bohemia (the heart of La Manga del Mar Menor).
The intervention has led to the transformation of the urban seafront of the area of action and the recovery of the coastal edge in the urban area of the DPMT and the transit easement strip in accordance with the Coastal Law and its Regulations, enabling accessible transit along the beach and the enhancement of a new recreational area in a privileged environment.
